I saw the movie. Dr Ben Carson successfully separated conjoined twins. He is very bright. Inspirational, yes 🙂

I agree. This book is wonderful, as is his life. There is a youth version as well as the “grown-up” version. I read both several years ago. I actually like the youth version better because he zeroed in on some very important things that I think got overlooked in the adult version. The title is the same, I believe, but it specifies somewhere that it’s for youth.

I happen to be waiting for the kids version of the book for my grandkids. Movie is on Netflix. Also great interviews on Youtube of his National Prayer Breakfast presentation to his interview about possibly running for president.

Ben Carson’s life is an inspiration in itself, thanks to his wonderful Mum. I saw the movie recently and it is also worth recommending.

I don’t think I have heard of Dr. Ben Carson and I intend to try to get or borrow both versions of the book and also hope to see the movie after I am done reading the books. Thanks for the recommendation, it sounds like a very inspiring book and man.

So glad you’ve been “introduced” to Dr. Ben Carson. His book and the movie adapted from his life story are gems. He also has a book out called “One Nation” and, yes there is a possibility he will run for president. I heard an interview of him and he is one of the most soft spoken and humble men I’ve ever seen.
